About the Recipe

Ingredients

8 Earth & Wheat Pancakes

500ml Custard

1 tbsp sultanas

1 tbsp white choc chips

1 tbsp toasted almonds

1 tsp Demerara Sugar

To serve:

Vanilla Ice cream

Preparation

1.      Preheat your oven to 180˚C. Arrange your pancakes in an ovenable dish and sprinkle with sultanas and choc chips.

2.      Pour over custard and allow to soak for 20-30 mins. Sprinkle with almonds and a little sugar.

3.      Bake in the oven for 30 mins until golden.

4.      Serve warm with ice cream on top.
