6 Eggs
75 softened salted butter
Large handful of Wild garlic, washed and patted dry
4-6 pitta bread, toasted

Preparation
1. Blitz your wild garlic and butter in a food processor until smooth – season to taste. Then wrap and store the flavoured butter in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
2. Using a sharpie draw seasonal patterns, Easter bunnies, chicks, carrots or any fun designs onto the eggs.
3. Soft boil the eggs in boiling water for 3 ½ mins. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with slices of toasted pitta bread as soldiers to dip into the yolk and wild garlic butter on the side.
