That's right, you don't need to head to the takeaway for duck pancakes 🥞

We love this idea from James Strawbridge! We'll be making our own hoisin duck and loading it onto rescued Earth & Wheat pancakes asap 🤤🧡

What's your all-time favourite takeaway dish to make at home? 🥡

Ingredients

4 Earth & Wheat Pancakes

200g shredded duck

2-4 spring onions, finely sliced

½ cucumber, cut into strips

1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

Preparation

  1. Warm your duck in a pan with hoisin sauce and make a simple salad with chopped spring onion, cucumber and coriander. Season with a squeeze of lime juice or mirin and a pinch of salt. 

  2. Heat your pancakes in the oven or toaster for a few minutes and then top with some salad and a generous handful of hoisin shredded duck.
