Plain bread sticks made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (4%) and dried sourdough durum wheat.

Wheat Flour (WheatFlour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (4%), Yeast, Dried Sourdough Durum Wheat (2%), Spirit Vinegar, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Calcium Phosphate), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Calcium Propionate), Salt, Acidity Regulators (Malic Acid, Citric Acid), Wheat Starch.


Typical Values. 100g contains: Energy 1305kJ / 309kcal, Fat 7.0g (of which Saturates 1.0g), Carbohydrate 51.5g (of which Sugars 3.8g), Fibre 2.9g, Protein 8.6g, Salt 0.85g.
