Steps
Preheat your oven to 200˚C. Spread your tomato sauce out evenly on the flatbread
and then slice your anchovies into thin ribbons and arrange as a lattice over the top.
In each crisscross of the anchovy diamond place a neat olive. Sprinkle with some
freshly chopped herbs.
-Bake the Pissaladière for 10 mins and serve with a drizzle of chilli oil and some
cracked black pepper. Don’t bother adding extra salt as the oily fish and brined olives
will season the dish adequately.

2 Earth & Wheat Naan
2 tbsp roasted tomato sauce
1 jar of anchovy fillets in chilli oil
1 Jar of pitted black olives
Sprig of dill or parsley
